What data we process
Only the data you send us yourself by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, typically your name, company, contact details and the content of your message. For members, also the data needed to administer the membership.
Why and on what basis
To answer your inquiry and discuss membership (steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest), and to administer membership (performance of a contract and the association’s legal obligations).
How long
For as long as needed to handle your inquiry. For members, for the duration of the membership and then for the period required by law.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. E-mail and hosting providers that run our services may have access to it. Communication via WhatsApp is governed by Meta’s terms.
Cookies and maps
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores a technical “lang” cookie with your language choice. The office maps are loaded from Google Maps, which may process your IP address under its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to presidente@camara.do. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
